Robert E. Lee Cooler
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 2 oz Club Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Anisette
  • 2 oz Gin
  • Ginger Ale
Put first three ingredients into collins glass. Stir. Add ice cubes, anisette, and gin. Fill with ginger ale and stir again. Add a spiral of orange and/or Lime peel and dangle over rim of glass.
